Financing services are accessible to institutional investors with portfolio values in excess of US$50 million.
Exit Solutions
In event that investors are in search for liquidity through sale of asset for derisking or liquidity reasons, Prive Markets will start by completing a portfolio valuation assessment and provide recommendations on approaching the market for a sale transaction. Prive will run a confidential underwriting and syndication process on behalf of the client allowing for a quick and efficient sale of private assets. Prive often also arranges for portfolio financing through our bench of active lenders that are non-bank financial institutions to make the transaction even more lucrative on levered basis for our syndicate partners.
